I teach Hatha yoga (with other influences). I hold
small friendly classes with lots of personal attention. My style is
thoughtful and reflective, yet friendly and interactive.
I have classes to suit the full range of experience –
working with those looking to grow and improve, to release tension, develop
strength and to gain a better understanding and good use of their bodies. I
offer challenge and progression for the more adept.
The classes are suitable for men and women of all ages
and everybody is encouraged to move at their own pace.
The class includes warm-up, postures, breathing
exercises, meditation and relaxation.
They are useful in improving posture and caring for
stiff muscles, back tension and other minor ailments as well as a useful
tool for de-stressing and relaxation.
We work towards gaining a better understanding and good
use of your muscles and joints so that you become strong, supple and fluid
in movement and enjoy freedom and ease in your body in daily life.
I show how to work closely and respectfully with your
body to bring health, balance, peace and awareness.
A client-centred, well-rounded session addressing all
aspects of wellbeing.
